Summary


Core Responsibilities :-

Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end campaigns across digital (SEO, PPC, social) and traditional channels.
Budget & ROI: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend and high return on investment.
Market Analysis: Research competitors, market trends, and target audiences to identify opportunities.
Content & Brand Oversight: Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms, including websites, brochures, and social media.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, or hire junior staff and manage external agencies.
Performance Reporting: Track KPIs, analyse campaign effectiveness, and report findings to leadership.

Key Requirements :-

Experience: Proven experience in marketing, often 3-5+ years, with a track record of running successful campaigns.
Skills: Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics software, and content management systems.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Attributes: Excellent project management, communication, and leadership abilities.
