Summary
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our longstanding client in Rosyth.
This is a part‑time position working Thursdays and Fridays, with additional flexibility required to cover holidays.
As a key member of the team, the Receptionist will provide a high level of service and ensure an excellent experience for both internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong computer skills, including confident use of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, as these will be used regularly to support administrative and office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Acting as the first point of contact for visitors
Signing in visitors, temporary personnel and contractors
Managing and coordinating meeting room bookings
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to support reporting, presentations and general administration
