About Us:

BSW Timber Solutions Ltd are part of the highly successful BSW Group, one of the UK’s largest integrated timber and forestry
businesses. We are a leading manufacturer and distributor supplying major DIY retailers nationwide.

We’re looking for an Ecommerce Specialist – Home Delivery to join our Stoke-on-Trent operation. This is a key role responsible for
managing the end-to-end customer journey for a major DIY retailer’s online channel.

Acting as the main point of contact for customer experience, you’ll ensure accurate order processing, proactive issue resolution
and on-time delivery, working closely with warehouse, transport and commercial teams to deliver a first-class service.

Main responsibilities

Create, develop and execute the company’s e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth.

Manage and optimize the e-commerce website, product listings, pricing, and promotions.

Review digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads) to increase traffic and conversions.

Build and maintain positive working relationships with the DIY customer, transport partners and suppliers, ensuring clear and
proactive communication, producing accurate and timely reports.

Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and implement strategies to improve ROI and customer experience.

Coordinate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Lead cross-functional collaboration and manage external vendors or platform partners.

What we’re looking for:

* Experience in e-commerce, fulfilment, logistics or customer journey management.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Confidence using SAP and Excel to manage orders, data and reporting.
* A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
* The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience within a retail supply chain, home delivery or manufacturing environment would be advantageous.

Why join us?

You’ll join a growing, well-established UK manufacturing business, offering a supportive environment and the opportunity to take
real ownership of customer experience within a critical e-commerce channel.
