Summary
REQUIREMENTS You will -Hold a doctorate in clinical psychology and will be registered with HCPC. -Have a good understanding of the impact of developmental trauma and attachment. -Be experienced in working in CAMHS (Children and Young Peoples mental health services). -Be experienced in risk management and supporting others to assess and manage risk. -Have experience of co-facilitating groups. -It would also be advantageous if you have experience of working closely with social care partners. MAIN DUTIES To provide consultation to the networks of Children in Care. To co-facilitate Therapeutic Parenting Groups. To provide training to social workers To provide psychological assessment and cognitive assessment of children and young people in foster care To hold a small therapy caseload. To provide supervision to Assistant Psychologist/s and Trainee Clinical Psychologist/s.
