Summary
The Fellow will work with the Champion of Flexible Training and the Medical Workforce and Postgraduate Medical Education teams to continue to understand current challenges faced by LTFT trainees at NUH and their opportunities for education and training. The role involves understanding the demographics of our LTFT trainees to assist with future forecasting. This will involve working with stakeholders across the system to agree pathways satisfactory for both postgraduate doctors and the services in which they are embedded. It should be noted that the applicant will not have access to sensitive/confidential data relating to individual postgraduate doctors.
