Summary

Do you have a passion for promoting Health and Wellness whilst being a key driver in the growth of memberships?

We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to help develop & implement strategic initiatives to increase memberships, monitor trends and stay informed about industry developments.

Collaborating with various departments including Marketing, Operations and Customer Experience, you'll ensure successful implementation & promotion of offers. You'll also manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing training and ongoing support to enhance their performance and achieve individual and team goals.

The Sales Development Manager will analyse current membership pricing structures and recommend adjustments to maximise competitiveness and perceived value. You'll also use data analytics tools to generate insights and identify trends that inform future sales strategies - preparing and presenting regular reports on membership sales performance, retention rates, and customer feedback to senior management & leadership.

This is a temporary contract for a minimum of 12 months to cover maternity leave.

Location: Holmes Chapel
Hours: Part Time (3 Days - approx 22.2 hours per week)
Salary: £38-39k subject to pending pay award when advertised on 2nd March 2026
Closing date: 16th March 2026
