Summary
THE ROLE/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Vineyard operations including but not limited to; winter pruning, pulling out, tying down, maintaining trellising, wire lifting/dropping, shoot thinning, summer canopy management and harvest operations.
Tractor operations including but not limited to; spraying, mowing, vine trimming, leaf removal, and under-vine weed control.
Tractor and equipment maintenance.
Disease monitoring.
Keep accurate written records as required.
Comply with heath and safety policies at all times.
KEY ATTRIBUTES:
A positive, responsible, confident attitude.
Ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work extended hours during harvest and busy periods including weekends.
Work as part of a team and on your own.
As this is a physically demanding role you need to be physically fit, robust and resilient to working in all weathers.
