Project Manager – Supported Living
Dyffryn Support Agency
We’re looking for a motivated and caring Project Manager to lead a small team supporting adults with learning disabilities to live full, independent lives in their own homes and communities.
At Dyffryn Support Agency, we believe in person-centred support, choice, independence and community involvement. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading a team while making a real difference in people’s lives.
What you’ll be doing
Leading and supporting a team delivering high-quality, person-centred support
Ensuring the day-to-day running of the household runs smoothly
Supporting people to live independently and enjoy their community (work, college, sports, social activities, holidays and more)
Acting as the main point of contact for families, professionals and the wider support team
Coaching and supervising staff, holding regular team meetings and helping staff develop
Ensuring support plans, risk assessments and documentation are up to date
Working closely with health professionals, social services and Dyffryn management
What we’re looking for
A positive leader who enjoys supporting and developing a team
Someone passionate about person-centred support and improving quality of life
Good organisation and communication skills
Experience in health and social care (leadership experience preferred but not essential)
