Summary

Looking for a creative work experience placement where you can make a real impact?

Our client is offering a hands on role for a motivated person who's confident with social media and keen to get involved.

You'll help create engaging content, take photos, and share the stories of the charities and groups that use their centre. You'll also support the team with short reception cover, room set ups, and light admin - no two days are the same here.

They are looking for someone reliable, friendly, and creative who can commit to at least six hours per week.

Working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - 11am to 2pm

Start date:Monday, 30th of March 2026

Core Responsibilities:

- Helping run our client's social media with a hands-on and proactive approach in association with their reception staff.

- Cover the reception desk when the Receptionist takes lunch break (12pm to 1pm) every day.

- Keeping their website updated with current news stories as well as advertising their services and staff and member movements.

- Advertising our client through various social media channels, online websites as well as written publications.

- Keeping an eye on their social media accounts and reply, updating and informing where necessary in co-operation with the Receptionist.

- In association with the Receptionist, prepare and publish our client's Newsletter (six editions a year).

- Re-advertising their members and users' own advertisements though their own channels (see above).

- Helping with room set up.
