About the Role
Our client, a well-established logistics and distribution company based in Rugby, is currently looking for experienced Order Picker Drivers to join their warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work through a busy recruitment agency with potential for permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating an Order Picker Truck safely within the warehouse

  • Picking and preparing customer orders using handheld scanners

  • Moving stock to dispatch and storage locations

  • Supporting general warehouse duties when required

  • Ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently

  • Following health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

  • Valid Order Picker / LLOP licence (essential)

  • Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred

  • Use of Hand held scanners / Pick lists

  • Good attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable with good timekeeping

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Shifts Available

  • Day shifts, Monday to Friday

  • 09:00-17:30

Additional hours may also be available during busy periods.
