Park Plaza Waterloo Hotel, comprises of 494 guest rooms, 6 meeting rooms, guest parking, Florentine Restaurant and Bar, Illy Cafe and sets the tone for an enhanced business trip, family getaway or couples retreat in Central London
We are looking for our Maintenance Manager who will:
- Be responsible for the overall engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel
- Ensure that all training needs for team members are identified, processed promptly, and undertaken at an appropriate time
- Carry out routine spot checks of equipment
- Ensure that the engineering provision is delivered and meets the departmental objectives
- Promote a helpful and professional image to guests and other team members by responding with full and positive cooperation to requests received
- Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
- Have experience leading a large maintenance team
- Be hands-on and strong with stakeholder management

- Have previous experience as Chief Engineer or Maintenance Manager in a similar sized hotel
