Summary
HRGO are recruiting experienced Production Operatives on behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Maidstone. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern facility with a friendly and supportive team environment, with the potential for a temp-to-perm position for the right candidate.
Location: Hollingbourne, near Maidstone
Pay Rate: £15.76 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm
⏰ Shift: Monday - Friday, 10pm - 6am (Night Shift)
Important: Due to the location, all applicants must hold a valid driving licence and have access to their own transport. Previous production or manufacturing experience is essential.
Duties include:
- Operating on a production line
- Assembling components using small handheld tools
- Maintaining a consistent and accurate work pace
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Manual handling and heavy lifting where required
About You:
- Previous production or manufacturing experience
- Reliable with good communication skills
- Able to work quickly and accurately
- Comfortable with manual handling and lifting
- Full driving licence and own transport
⭐ Desirable (not essential):
- Forklift licence
