Summary
Staff Call UK Ltd are recruiting for a deputy care manager to support the senior management team in leading safe, compliant and high-quality services across the Hull and East Riding Area.
This is a hands-on operational leadership role supporting day to day service delivery, quality compliance, staff performances and service growth in our community based services.
Duties
Support safe and effective service delivery in line with regulatory and CQC standards.
Day to Day oversight including capacity planning, continuity of care and support and resolving escalations.
Supporting with referrals, assessments, service start-ups and transitions.
Supporting management of incidents, safeguarding and ensuring learning actions and improvement plans are implemented.
Lead / support audits and quality assurances.
Support performance targets including referrals response, package start ups and retention
Supporting and participating wider meetings with a multitude of professionals and representing the company to a high standard.
Participate in the "On-Call" rota providing out of hours decision-making and escalation of support.
Promoting the ethos and values of Staff Call and driving success and long term satisfaction for the companies clients.
Working in a background of mental health is a must for this role - understanding and working with Autism, LD, Personality Disorders and more is essential.
The role is office based and around the HU13 area.
Working Hours Monday-Friday 0900-1700 with a 1 in 4 Weekend On Call Expectancy.
