Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician
Aldershot Area
Basic Salary: £58,000 + Bonus
Monday–Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent bodyshop in the Aldershot area who are looking to add an experienced Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician to their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled technician who is confident carrying out a variety of repair tasks and enjoys working in a professional, well-equipped environment.
The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Technician, you will be responsible for completing a wide range of bodyshop repairs to a high standard, including structural and mechanical elements of vehicle repair.
Key duties will include:
• Carrying out jig work and structural repairs
• Repairing suspension damage
• Completing panel repairs and replacements
• Performing MET (Mechanical, Electrical & Trim) work
• Ensuring all repairs are completed efficiently and to manufacturer standards
• Working collaboratively within a skilled bodyshop team to deliver high-quality results
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
• Be an experienced multi-skilled bodyshop technician
• Have strong jig and structural repair experience
• Be confident completing panel and MET work
• Have a strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Be able to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team
What’s on Offer
• £58,000 basic salary
• Bonus scheme
• Monday–Friday working hours (8am–5pm) – no weekends
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
