Job Description
A kind, reliable Personal Assistant is wanted to support a female adult who enjoys listening to music, acting, and arts & crafts. The role involves providing companionship and helping her engage with hobbies, social activities, and the wider community:
Going out together for social and community activities
Supporting her with social interaction and communication
Encouraging participation in hobbies and creative interests
Accompanying her to appointments and other activities
Contract Type

Roles and Responsibilities
Promote independence and confidence
Encourage hobbies and community participation
Provide friendly and supportive companionship
Assist with attending appointments and planned outings
Specific Requirements
Female, non-smoker
Ideally mid-30s
Kind, patient, loyal, and trustworthy
Able to build a supportive and respectful relationship
Clean DBS check required
Required Training
Understanding of Autism and experience supporting individuals with similar needs
Ability to respond appropriately to situations related to her condition
First Aid training

Employer Gender: Female
Hourly Rate: £12.60
Hours Per Week: 5 hours per week
How will the hours be used: Currently required two days per week (days to be agreed). There is the possibility of additional days in the future as the role develops.
