The Opportunity
We’re looking for motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join a busy and growing food manufacturing site in Methwold, Norfolk.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative production team responsible for creating high-quality food products enjoyed by customers across the UK and beyond.
Working in a fastpaced manufacturing environment, you will play a key role in operating production and packing lines, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate production and packing equipment in line with operational procedures
• Work as part of a team to deliver the daily production plan
• Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and health & safety
• Carry out basic problem solving and support continuous improvement activities
• Ensure products are packed correctly and meet specification requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
About You
We’re looking for individuals who are reliable, proactive, and team-oriented, with a genuine interest in manufacturing and producing quality products.
You will ideally have:
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (food manufacturing is desirable)
• Knowledge of health & safety practices such as manual handling
• Understanding of food safety standards or relevant qualifications (advantageous)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
• An interest in continuous improvement and problem solving
