Our sales process is fully digital and customer-focused, allowing businesses to receive design mockups, quotations, and order signage efficiently through our platform.

As part of our UK expansion, we are looking for a motivated Business Sales Executive to manage client enquiries, drive sales growth, and support the development of our nationwide installation network.

Role Overview:

The Business Sales Executive will be responsible for managing inbound sales enquiries, converting leads into customers, and supporting the growth of Volt Signs’ UK operations.
This role involves handling B2B customer interactions, preparing quotations, managing the sales process from enquiry to order, and coordinating with installation partners to deliver projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound sales enquiries from businesses interested in custom signage solutions
Engage with potential clients to understand their signage requirements and business needs
Prepare tailored quotations based on client specifications, size requirements, and design preferences
Maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication and customer service
Manage and update client interactions within the company’s CRM system
Track and report sales performance and pipeline activity to management
Coordinate with the production team and suppliers to ensure orders are processed correctly
Identify opportunities to upsell additional signage products or installation services
Source and onboard UK-based installation contractors for sign installation projects
Negotiate service rates with installation partners and maintain a reliable contractor network
Coordinate site surveys where professional measurements are required for outdoor signage
Support nationwide project delivery by coordinating installation schedules with contractors and clients
Assist with business development initiatives and sales growth strategies for the UK market



Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple client enquiries and sales opportunities simultaneously
Comfortable working with CRM systems and online sales platforms
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle
Commercial awareness and ability to identify revenue opportunities
