Chef de Partie Benefits:
• A competitive salary ranging between £38,000 - £40,000

Chef de Partie Requirements:
• Previous exposure to Italian / Mediterranean food is essential.
• At least 3 years experience working in a professional kitchen.
• All Chef de Partie applicants must have a stable employment history.
• We’re looking for a Chef de Partie who’s comfortable working in a small, hands‑on team, confident running their own sections, and genuinely enjoys supporting the people around them. Someone steady, reliable, and happy to muck in wherever needed will fit in perfectly here.
