Hours: Mon–Fri | 8am–5pm (+ Regular Overtime at x1.5)
Location: Radbroke Hall, Knutsford

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Painter to join the onsite maintenance team at Radbroke Hall. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting, decorating and general fabric upkeep across a large, high-spec commercial campus, supporting both planned maintenance and reactive repair activity.

You will undertake a wide range of painting and finishing tasks including surface preparation, internal redecoration, touch-up works, minor plastering repairs, and general fabric duties. You will also support wider maintenance activity such as basic carpentry or general building fabric repairs when required. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent attention to detail, strong customer service, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a live commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces and carry out high-quality painting and decorating across office, corridor, meeting room and back-of-house areas.
• Complete PPM tasks in line with schedules, including cyclical redecoration and touch-up works.
• Respond promptly to painting/fabric-related helpdesk requests and onsite issues.
• Carry out minor plastering, filling, patch repairs and finishing tasks.
• Record work completed, update onsite reporting systems and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support general fabric maintenance tasks where required (e.g., basic carpentry, replacing ceiling tiles, minor repairs).
• Occasional requirement to support other client sites in Manchester, Northwich & Liverpool.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Painter within commercial environments.
• Strong painting and decorating skills with excellent finishing standards.
• Experience with minor plastering, filling, making good and surface preparation.
• Good understanding of safe working practices and site H&S procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• PASMA or IPAF certification (desirable but not essential).
