We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused People & Culture Shared Hub Administrator to provide first-class HR administration across the employee lifecycle.​

This role is ideal for someone early in their career - such as a recent graduate - who is confident with data, enjoys working collaboratively, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Job Description

We are looking for an individual who can work as a trusted partner within the People & Culture function, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and representing the team with professionalism.​

You will support smooth processes, ensure compliance, and help create an exceptional employee experience through accurate, timely, and efficient administration.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support across the UK & I People & Culture team, including scheduling meetings and preparing documents.

Carry out industrial relations administration and take notes at formal People meetings.

Prepare and issue employee correspondence, including contractual documents and HR letters.

Support onboarding, crossboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to SLAs.

Maintain shared mailboxes, personnel files, post logs, and helpdesk support with a high level of accuracy.

Gather data for Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), internal reviews, and annual audits.

Assist with employee relations, people change activity, and project-based tasks as required.

Work closely with Payroll, Vetting and other internal teams to meet deadlines and maintain compliance standards.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

A passion and demonstrable skill for first-class, professional customer service.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy.

IT proficient (including Excel and PowerPoint); confident handling and working with data.

Ability to organise and prioritise a workload to meet deadlines.

Flexible and adaptable approach, enabling full support to the team.

Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships within the team and internal stakeholders.
