Contract Type: Temporary / Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and control traffic around construction or event sites safely and efficiently
- Assist in vehicle and pedestrian movement in accordance with safety protocols
- Communicate clearly with drivers, colleagues, and site managers
- Monitor and report any incidents or hazards promptly
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Traffic Marshall or in a similar role preferred, but not essential (full training provided)
- CPCS Card essential (A73)
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude
