Summary


We are seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable and dynamic Reception Coordinator to join our Inner Division Walk in Centres Division. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with a passion for delivering compassionate and efficient care to our patients. In addition to direct patient interaction, you will play a key role in supporting your team to ensure that service needs are met consistently across the division.

As a Reception Coordinator, you will not only manage patient-facing duties but also oversee and guide your team to maintain high standards of service delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on patient experience while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Warmly welcome patients, carers, staff and visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate departments and services
• Accurately book patient appointments, prioritising based on urgency and patient needs
• Ensure all patients are treated with dignity and respect, maintaining confidentiality and delivering sensitive information with tact and professionalism
• Play an active role in enhancing the overall patient experience by contributing to continuous improvements in service delivery
• The role is varied and includes a mix of reception duties and administrative responsibilities, with opportunities to take on leadership tasks as required.
