At Cunninghame Housing Association, we’re committed to improving lives, strengthening communities, and ensuring every tenant has the support they need to sustain their tenancy and live well. We’re now looking for a proactive, compassionate and energetic Tenant Wellbeing Officer to join us.

What you’ll do:
• Provide early intervention and tailored support to tenants at risk of tenancy breakdown.
• Complete needs assessments and create person centred action plans.
• Build trusted relationships through home visits, regular check ins and ongoing engagement.
• Link tenants with community services, health partners, training, and wellbeing support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver seamless support to tenants.
• Spot tenancy risks early — and act quickly to prevent crisis situations.
• Champion tenant empowerment and help people feel safe, confident and connected.

About you:
• A great communicator and natural relationship builder.
• Empathetic, patient, and able to support people facing challenging circumstances.
• Highly organised with strong record keeping skills.
• Confident working independently and as part of a team.
• Motivated by helping others, improving wellbeing and strengthening communities.
