Summary
Paragon Education is currently seeking dedicated SEN Teachers and Support Staff to work across Greater Manchester within schools supported by Multi-Service Providers (MSPs). If you are passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN), we would love to hear from you.

1:1 Support Workers
These roles involve supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Social Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH), and Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD). Positions are available in primary, secondary, and specialist provisions.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver tailored support to students with SEN in classroom and small-group settings
Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and MSP teams
Support behaviour management and positive learning environments
Implement EHCP targets and individual learning strategies
Provide compassionate and structured support to help students reach their potential
Experience & Qualifications Required
Experience working with children or young people with Special Educational Needs
Relevant qualification such as QTS (for teachers), Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent experience in SEN settings
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Understanding of safeguarding and inclusive education practices
A patient, proactive, and empathetic approach
Desirable
Experience in specialist provisions or PRUs
Training in Team Teach, Makaton, PECS, or Autism support strategies
Knowledge of EHCP processes
