Summary
Our kitchen is looking for a Chef. Must be fully qualified, up to date with legislation, compliance committed, NSF and EHO savvy. Confidence with stock organisation as well as stock taking, stock ordering processes (essential). Must be able to cook to menu spec’s and within a timely manner. Quality is essential and reputation is imperative.
