Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver rich, child-led EYFS activities.
Conduct detailed observations and accurate assessments.
Build strong, proactive partnerships with parents and carers.
Ensure robust safeguarding and promote child welfare.
The Ideal Candidate:
Hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification.
Has proven EYFS experience with a strong curriculum knowledge.
Is a reflective practitioner, committed to continuous improvement.
Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills.
