Based mainly at Brandon Library, you’ll coordinate the development of a Social Prescribing Hub, working closely with the local Primary Care Network and a range of partners.
You’ll build strong relationships with social prescribers, library staff, and local stakeholders, helping to raise the profile of health, wellbeing, and cultural activities. You’ll support and train library staff, organise meetings, and help deliver creative and sustainable project activities. You’ll also contribute to communications, monitor finances, and support project evaluation.

- Be confident working with people from all backgrounds.

- Understand the positive impact of social prescribing.

- Strong IT skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
