Fabric Engineer – FM Service Provider - High-Profile Building – Chilton – up to £32,000 + Package
An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Chilton, Oxfordshire has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Fabric Engineer based in a high-profile building in Chilton. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this static site.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £32,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

- A basic salary of up to £32,000
- Callout 1 in 4 - £149 Per Week
- Plenty of overtime
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Hours of work
- Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Basic Carpentry
- Painting and plasterboard.
- Changing locks.
- Door hinges.
- Floor repairs.
- Minor repairs to office furniture
- Putting together small equipment/ Flat packs
- Kick and push plates.
- Install/ Repair blinds
- Basic Plumbing.
- Maintain and update Log books
- Assist the maintenance team on site
- Escort subcontractors
Requirements
- Trade qualifications in Carpentry (Desirable)
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
