Summary
An exciting opportunity for a Car Sales Executive within the Bridgend area has arisen for our Motor Trade Client.
The successful Car Sales Executive will be representing a franchise-approved car dealership and will be well versed in providing exceptional levels of customer service.
Benefits:
- Optional basic salary between £12-20,000 per annum with an adjusted commission scheme to reflect this.
- Uncapped OTE worth £60,000+ per annum.
- Staff car benefit scheme available immediately.
- Salary sacrifice on Electric Vehicles is available after your probation period has passed (Probation period is 3 months unless extended).
- Workplace pension scheme.
- 22 days annual holiday allowance plus the eight bank holidays. If any bank holidays worked, you shall gain a day off in lieu to compensate for this.

Duties:
- Maintaining an outstanding product knowledge of the cars and vehicles you are selling
- Ensuring that you are providing an excellent level of customer service
- Carrying out Vehicle Demonstrations and Test Drives
- Meeting Car Sales Targets
- Advising on and upselling on finance, insurance and accessories.
For your hard work as a Car Sales Executive for our client you can expect to earn an OTE of £60,000 per annum.
It is essential that you hold a current UK driving License and have a real passion for Car Sales and Motor Trade.
