Summary
Telesales Manager/Senior Telesales Executive Needed in Manchester
- Location: Manchester
- Working Hours: 5-day week (Saturday rota)
- Salary: Up to £32,000 basic + £50,000–£60,000 OTE
Our client, a well-established car finance brokerage, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive to join their expanding team. Automotive or car finance experience is strongly preferred for this position.
Key Responsibilities for a Telesales Manager / Senior Telesales Executive:
- Leading, supporting, and coaching a telesales team
- Managing inbound and outbound sales activity
- Overseeing customer applications from enquiry to handover
- Driving team performance and ensuring targets are met
- Managing pipelines and implementing best sales practices
What We’re Looking For in a Telesales Manager / Senior Telesales Executive:
- Proven sales experience within the motor trade or car finance (preferred)
- Previous team leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Ability to manage workloads, support staff, and drive results
- Full UK driving licence
