Summary
Our Client is a leading dealership and they’re currently seeking an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join their team in the Exeter area.
Benefits:

Requirements:
- Proven experience in an automotive main dealer environment
- A solid communicator with a focus on Customer Service
- Full, valid driving license with fewer than 9 penalty points
- Strong Technical knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Aftersales Manager with personnel management and service department operations
- Organising and optimising available resources to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
- Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department.
The salary for this position is £35,000 basic with a potential OTE of £40,000.
