Hours / wage
18 hours per week£13 per hour
This would be spread over Monday to Saturday, varying hours each day, based on the activity.
The lady is registered blind and has mental health issues and autism, she needs someone accepting of these, also someone who plans well, as she needs structure.
Although she is a surprisingly independent person given this, she still needs supporting.
Duties
A lot of the role will involve going out and being active, going on nature walks, visiting beaches, historical buildings, places of interest, as well as coffee shops.Helping her to take her pet dog out on these adventures and walks.
Other duties would include attending appointments, general housework support, weekly grocery shop and other shop visits.
This lady enjoys good conversation, good laughs, and is an energetic and spiritual person, so would enjoy the company of someone with these interests also.
Needs to drive and have own vehicle.
Applicants must have a current DBS.The successful applicant can apply for a DBS if they do not currently have one, the cost of this will be covered.
