Summary
Job Title: 360 Operator
Location: Scunthorpe
Salary: £21.00 per hour (CIS payments optional)
Start Date: Wednesday 11 March 2026
Duration: 1 Day (9 hours paid)
Harper’s are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced 360 Operator to join a short-term solar farm project in Scunthorpe.
This role is a one day role, however, you will be paid for a full 9 hour shift, even if the job is completed earlier.

Duties:
- Operating a 360 excavator on site as required
- Working efficiently and safely as part of a site team
Required
- A valid CPCS/NPORS card
- Own PPE
- Proven experience as in a similar role
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
