Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and reliable member of staff to be part of our team of dedicated Lunch time Assistants. Experience of working as a Midday Supervisor or supporting children with learning difficulties or disabilities is desired but not essential.
The successful candidate will:
• Be punctual and reliable.
• Help to provide a secure atmosphere for children during meal and play times.
• Ensure children are always supervised.
• Be sensitive, supportive and compassionate
• Relate well to children and adults alike.
• Be aware of and comply with all school policies relating to health and safety, child protection, confidentiality, data protection, behaviour, equal opportunities; and
• Report any concerns to the Senior Leadership Team.
