Summary
Housekeeper role.
Cleaning a small, one storey bungalow nr Dunvegan: one single room with bunkbeds, one double room with king bed, small bathroom with bath, loo and sink (no shower unit), small sitting room and kitchen/utility room. Cleaning out fridge and oven weekly, laying fire and making sure coal bucket is full/kindling available.
Linen/towels to be washed and ironed by you. Plenty of linen to swap over each week.
We are looking for the highest cleaning standards and of utmost importance, reliability and trustworthiness. Having a back up friend/relative in case of illness is a must.
Responsiblity for reporting damage/breakages each week and accepting feedback from guests via owners.
Guests are getting ever more demanding and because bookings now rely on good reviews, we need someone who understands this and has the highest cleaning standards.
Shopping for a small welcome pack each week.
Saturday changeovers only.
Keys left at cottage for guests to pick up when they arrive.
Great communication – ie. answering emails/texts/phone calls from us and reporting any damage.
Will need 2 references which will be checked.
