SEMH Teaching Assistant - Burgess Hill
Full Time | 08:15am-3:30pm | £22,000-£23,000
Every child deserves understanding, structure and encouragement.
We are seeking a confident and compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs in a specialist setting in Burgess Hill.
You will:

Provide tailored 1:1 and group interventions

Support de-escalation and behaviour management strategies

Work closely with teachers and pastoral teams

Encourage students to achieve both academically and personally
Experience working with SEMH, ADHD, ASD or challenging behaviour is preferred.
