Summary

Specialist Behaviour Provision | Upper Primary | Ages 8–13

Are you confident supporting children who need structure, consistency and encouragement?

A small specialist setting in Ilfracombe is recruiting Learning Mentors to work with pupils aged 8–13 who struggle in mainstream education due to behavioural needs and diagnosed or undiagnosed additional learning needs.

Class sizes are small, and staff work collaboratively to provide tailored learning pathways.

Key Duties:

  • Supporting pupils with engagement in lessons


  • Delivering small-group intervention work


  • Providing consistent behavioural boundaries


  • Supporting reintegration goals


    What We’re Looking For:

    • School or alternative provision experience


    • Strong behaviour management skills


    • Ability to build rapport quickly


    • Youth work or mentoring background welcome


      Pay: £88.99 – £95 per day
