Our business, RADHE KRISHNA PAN AND OFF‑LICENCE LTD, based at Melton Road, Leicester, is a busy convenience and off‑licence store offering a wide range of everyday products and essential services to the local community. We sell alcohol, tobacco, vapes, soft drinks, snacks, chocolates, lottery, PayPoint and Royal Mail services, and our location on Melton Road brings high customer footfall throughout the day. As the business continues to grow and customer demand increases, we require a skilled and experienced Sales Supervisor to support our expanding operations. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth day‑to‑day running of the shop, ensuring proper handling of age‑restricted products, managing stock levels, supervising staff, and delivering consistent customer service across all areas of the store.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Sales Supervisor is responsible for daily sales‑floor operations in a professional and organised manner to ensure strong customer satisfaction and consistent achievement of sales goals. This role involves guiding and supporting the sales team, monitoring customer interactions, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards. It also includes responsibility for accurate cash‑handling procedures such as register operations, deposits, change requirements, and reporting any overages or shortages. The Sales Supervisor ensures the sales floor remains clean, well‑presented, and fully stocked by coordinating housekeeping tasks like straightening, sweeping, mopping, and dusting as needed. They uphold store safety policies, maintain confidentiality in all financial and operational matters, complete required reports on time, and contribute to a positive team environment while performing any additional duties assigned to support overall store performance.
SALARY RANGE: £31,300 to £35000 or depending upon experience
LOCATION: 128 Melton Rd, Leicester LE4 5ED
JOB TYPE: Full-time, permanent. 37.5 hours per week.
