Summary
To competent in completing a varied range of tasks including: Painting and decorating Plumbing Tiling Carpentry Plastering Ability to work on ladders, heights. Repair leaks, replacing bathroom, kitchen taps, mixer showers. Renewing waste pipes, baths, sinks, basins, bath panels, pumps. Grounds maintenance i.e. clearance of moss and application of grit Repair work when damage to property has been caused. Maintenance and repair work of security and fire systems Fire door installation and on-going maintenance Utility repairs To have an awareness of manual handling, ladder safety, working at height, health and safety. To be responsible for allocated maintenance tasks from start to completion including scoping the task, pricing and ordering materials, liaising with the residential home, undertaking the work. Maintain records of activities undertaken/update Asset Tiger and Planner. Other tasks as per the full job description.
