- One paid days leave every year to volunteer and support your community

What you'll be doing;
- Develop design programme roadmaps and establish governance frameworks with KPIs and milestones.

- Coordinate inter-project dependencies, optimise resource allocation, and manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
- Attend regular project meetings with the project delivery team of each live project to ensure alignment.
- Implement programme-level risk mitigation strategies and issue resolution protocols.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and provide executive-level programme status reporting.
- Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement across the design programme lifecycle.

- Experience managing design and development programmes.
- Proven track record delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of M&E design in relevant industry (building services, energy, power, district heating).
- Understanding of civil, structural and architectural design relating to typical energy and building services projects.
