We’re recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead two Ofsted-regulated children’s homes in Warrington, just three miles apart. This is a rare opportunity to be involved from the very start of registration, with one home ready immediately and the second coming online later this year. You’ll have the chance to shape services from day one, supported by a strong senior leadership team and full HR, recruitment, and compliance backing.
The Homes
Home 1 – WA2: Solo provision (1 child), registration ready, immediate start.
Home 2 – WA1: 2-bed home, planning approved, registration-ready July.
Both homes are part of a dual registration setup, offering manageable caseloads and a therapeutic, trauma-informed approach to care.

Strong safeguarding and regulatory knowledge
Confident leading registration and inspections
Committed to therapeutic, trauma-informed care
What You’ll Get
Competitive salary and performance bonuses
Strong senior leadership support

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across two homes
Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and all regulatory requirements
