Summary

We're looking for a DMS Administrator to join our Hinkley Point C team based in Somerset.

Location: Somerset (Hinkley Point C) - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.Hours: 42.5 hours per week - 11am to 8pm shift

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role

What will you be responsible for?As a DMS Administrator, you'll be working within the DMS team, supporting them in coordinating site access and deliveries. Your day to day will include:

-Processing site and magenta vehicle booking requests through specialised management systems

-Resolving DMS Issue Reports promptly and managing workflow using various platforms

-Building relationships with stakeholders while ensuring compliance with site access rules

-Participating in daily coordination meetings and preparing reports

-Supporting the Site Access team with processing requests and resolving access issues

What are we looking for?This role of DMS Administrator is great for you if:

-You have experience in administrative coordination roles, ideally with an NVQ in Business and Administration or equivalent

-You're confident with Microsoft Office products and have strong IT skills

-You have excellent attention to detail and communication skills and can effectively prioritise tasks while maintaining quality standards
