Summary

This role is an integral part of the Equator Marketing & Insights team. You will work alongside each of our teams to develop skills across all areas of digital marketing.Your primary focus areas will include supporting the evolution of how we plan, deliver, analyse, and optimise integrated marketing work contributing to the development of more connected, data-driven, and efficient marketing delivery across teams and channels.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across search, content, outreach, performance media, reporting, insight, workflow optimisation, and marketing operations.You will help embed smarter ways of working, support the use of new tools and technologies, and assist in delivering marketing activity for both clients and Equator’s own channels.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion about digital innovation and wants to build strong foundations across integrated marketing, data, and marketing technology.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Support the execution of Equator’s own marketing plan, including the delivery of articles, creative, managing copywriters and internal stakeholders. · Assist with competitor and industry research to help position Equator as an industry leader.
  • Support the delivery of integrated campaigns across search, content, outreach, and Equator’s marketing activity.
  • Promote the use of established workflows, processes, and templates to help ensure consistent and connected delivery across teams.
  • Collect and analyse performance data to support reporting, optimisation, and strategic decision-making.
  • Support the evaluation and use of marketing tools, AI solutions, and emerging technologies that enable smarter, more efficient marketing practices.
  • Stay up to date with digital innovation and industry trends, sharing relevant updates with the team.
  • Contribute to creating a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and operational clarity across the team.
  • Support senior consultants in driving integration between channels, teams, and client workstreams.
