What You'll Be Doing- Processing customer orders using the Opera 3 computer system
- Managing customer enquiries and requests
- Completing accurate data input and maintaining records
- Using key software: Outlook, Excel, Word, Nitro Pro, plus internal systems
- Working collaboratively with other departments to support smooth operations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confident computer user with strong IT proficiency
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to build strong working relationships across teams
- Relevant administration or supply chain qualifications (ideal but not essential)
- A proactive team player who thrives in a busy environment
- Immediate start available
