Temp to Perm Opportunity
Hourly rate: £13.58
Monday to Friday - 8.30 am - 5pm Monday to Friday (office based)

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join a busy and supportive team based in Luton. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent service to customers.
This role will involve managing customer enquiries, processing orders accurately, and working closely with internal departments to ensure customers receive a seamless service.

Key Responsibilities
·Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email
·Processing customer orders accurately within internal systems
·Providing pricing information and applying discounts where appropriate
·Handling customer queries and resolving complaints professionally
·Liaising with internal departments such as transport, finance, production, R&D and warranty teams
·Ensuring customer requests are managed efficiently and within agreed timeframes
·Checking and releasing orders within the order archive system
·Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Daily Activity Targets
·Processing approximately 15 orders per day
·Handling 10+ customer calls daily
·Responding to customer queries within agreed service levels
·Ensuring order archives are reviewed and released within 24 hours

Skills & Experience Required
·Previous customer service experience, ideally within an office or order processing environment
·Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
·Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
·Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
·Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
·Ability to manage difficult conversations with customers when required
·Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
·Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
