Summary

Business Analyst

Salary circa: £44,000 pa, negotiable dependent on skills and experience, plus, 34 days leave and instant access to pay via Stream

What you’ll do

  • Gather clear requirements that help teams make confident decisions

  • Map processes to spot gaps, risks, and opportunities

  • Turn insights into practical improvements that support real change

  • Build strong relationships so colleagues feel heard and supported

  • Use data and evidence to guide choices and track impact over time.

You have

  • A BSc Diploma or equivalent experience

  • Experience gathering and translating business requirements

  • Skill in mapping processes and spotting improvements

  • Confidence engaging stakeholders and leading discussions

  • The ability to use data to support analysis and decisions.

The practical bits

  • You’ll work Monday to Friday

  • You’ll work core hours between 9 am and 5:30 pm with flexibility built in

  • We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our Newcastle upon Tyne office, with the rest from home

  • Our anchor day is Thursday with a flexible second day
