Summary
To assist in organising and coordinating official and social functions. To handle administrative and clerical duties, including organising, preparing, and maintaining paperwork and filing systems, and performing any other related duties as required.
Person Specification:
• Must hold a valid UK residence permit or work visa with no restrictions on full-time employment in the UK.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Good general education, with a minimum of GCSE qualifications or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide administrative support to colleagues and contribute effectively to office operations.
• Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Professional, well-presented, and able to interact effectively with officials and guests.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and punctual, with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
