Summary

Labourer/ Scaffolder

We are recruiting for onsite Labourer / Scaffolder jobs on a full-time basis, offering clear expectations.

The Role

As a Labourer / Scaffolder, you will support daily site operations and scaffolding tasks, reporting to the Site Supervisor.

• Assist with erecting, inspecting, and dismantling scaffolds

• Carry out general labouring tasks, including materials handling and site setup

• Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

• Support supervisors and trades to meet project deadlines

• Help maintain accurate site records

You will work outdoors in a structured, team-focused environment.

We're Looking For

• Experience in scaffolding or general labouring on construction sites

• Relevant scaffold qualifications (CSCS or equivalent)

• Physically fit and able to work at height when required

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Awareness of site safety and safe working practices
