We’re looking for a passionate and driven Individual Giving Acquisition Officer to join our Fundraising team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the acquisition of new supporters

Your role
As Individual Giving Acquisition Officer, you’ll play a key part in acquiring new supporters working. You’ll work closely with our partners and Face-to-Face fundraising team to grow the number of people supporting Thames Valley Air Ambulance.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Support our Face-to-Face agency to ensure our team of fundraisers are inducted into working with Thames Valley Air Ambulance and they are supported in the community.
• Identify new channels and opportunities for Thames Valley Air Ambulance to grow our supporter base.
About you
You’ll bring experience in fundraising and a good understanding of individual giving and/or legacy fundraising. You’ll be confident working across different channels and managing multiple projects with strong organisational skills.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience supporting fundraising campaigns
• Experience of recruiting new customers / supporters.
• Is highly organised and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Is passionate about making a difference and eager to grow within a supportive team.
