Your role
As Philanthropy Officer, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of mid- and high-value donors, building momentum and growing vital income streams. You’ll help power the expansion of our mid-value and major donor pipelines, forging powerful relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals who want to make a difference.

You’ll be responsible for:
• Managing a portfolio of mid and high value donors
• Contributing to the development and growth of mid-value and major donor pipelines.
• Cultivating and strengthening relationships with high-net-worth individuals

About you
You will be highly organised and detail-oriented, confident with speaking to supporters at events, during meetings and on the phone. You will be able to juggle multiple deadlines while taking initiative and delivering exceptional supporter care.

You’ll bring experience in either a fundraising or sales driven environment and be able to demonstrate experience of building and maintaining constructive professional relationships with a wide range of people over
an extended period of time.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience of prospect/pipeline research.
• Is experienced in client/ stakeholder management.
• Has proven persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Is passionate about making a difference and eager to grow within a supportive team.
